In other words, if you rotate the PDF view clockwise by 90 degrees, the “top” edge of the page will be rotated to the right. Rotate View temporarily changes the way the PDF is displayed in Revu without altering the content of the PDF, meaning that although the page and any existing markups will appear rotated, a new “top” of the page isn’t defined.
Rotate View temporarily changes your current view of the PDF, while Rotate Pages permanently changes the orientation of your document. You can rotate a page by using either Rotate View or Rotate Pages.
